Uncertainty of indirect resistance measurement

This Bachelor thesis deals with the issues regarding the measurement uncertainty, followed up by its measurement uncertainty evaluation. The emphasis is particularly put on the indirect resistance measurement issues. The solution possibilities are illustratively shown on a few examples using the Agilent 34401A, Metra DU20 and Metex 3890D devices and based on results from those examples, the uncertainties of the indirect resistance measurement are assessed
