This document includes summary of materials to construct and encasement solar cells and their dielectric properties. Thereinafter includes methods of testing and measuring their properties. The purpose of document is degradation tests of these materials by heat, UV radiation and monitor changes of material properties. Tested samples were prepared in cooperation with Solartec s.r.o
