This thesis describes technologies currently used by fingerprint sensors. Couple of procedures are designed to test the properties of these sensors. These procedures are focusedon the environmental influence on the sensor's functionality and it's resistance to spoof attacks. The results of these tests are processed and evaluated to show different aspects of the system
