Surface finishing of plastic parts

The purpose of this bachelor’s thesis is processing of theme surface finishing of plastic parts, specifically products of 3D printing made of Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), and consequent experimental execution of chosen methods. The thesis includes analysis of current knowledge, description of various procedures and possibilities of surface properties modification. The aim of treatment is to allow further processing of plastic objects, such as metal coating. Experiment accomplish-ments are listed and the effect of surface treatment is evaluated afterwards
