Work treat of basic problems of design small hydraulic power plant, mostly in area of design electric parts, turbine-generator unit and interface MVE electric power network. In first theoretic parts it´s described to partition power station after single parameters. In the next part I deal with theory of design building parts MVE. In fourth chapter I already design MVE for elect locality with a view to electric part MVE. To demonstration are here individual characteristics calculate, even if practically it is not necessary, because most calculations are replaced by calculation s in special software. At the close of work I evaluate possibilities water energetic in ČR and general effectiveness of construction suggested MV
