Project Risk Management

The main objective of this Master thesis is to develop and propose a risk management process for selected project. To achieve the main objective, analysis of the current status and strategic analysis were carried out and then special project management methods were applied, including RIPRAN method. Possible risks of the project were discovered in the results of conducted analyses and corrective actions were suggested accordingly
