This thesis deals with management of risks in GALATEK s.c. Risk management is divided into the identification, analysis and mitigation of risks, all of these areas are described in the theoretical part. In the analytical part of the work these areas are identified by using risk analysis environment that includes a SLEPTE analysis, the Porter's model, the 7S Model and the resulting SWOT analysis. Subsequently, the data are analyzed by the scoring method. The measures to reduce serious risks that could jeopardize the company are proposed in the last part of the thesis. The contribution of this work lies in pointing out the advantages of risk management and the necessity of its implementation in the company
