This diploma thesis concerns in the assessment of the impact on the price of newly built houses in part of Kraj Vysočina. In the first theoretical part of thesis are describe basic terms of the assessing, which are use in second practical part. Second part discusses pricing family houses with cost approach, comparative manner according to the regulation and direct comparative.
