The issue of hazardous materials sampling for the forensic purposes with application of risk engineering methods

The Risk Engineering and its methods are applied to many scientific disciplines. The gained knowledge and values are used in practice where they help experts for better orientation in the issue and accelerating the related processes. This article aims to introduce possibility of risk engineering methods and knowledge in forensic sciences with application on the specific example, when the methodology of hazardous materials sampling for the forensic purposes was created. The methodology was based on the fact that the Czech Republic has not yet issued regulation like this and the process of hazardous materials sampling was not unified with confirmity of forensic requirement
