Proposal for a new spare parts storage depot at OKD company

The goal of this thesis is to propose a new warehouse of spare parts. The first part describes the theoretical analysis of mentioned problems. This is followed by an analysis of the current situation in the company warehouse and analysis of information storage system SAP. The main part consists of determining the inventory, location of warehouse, storage equipment choice and a draft layout. Based on an evaluation by selected criteria was identified advantageous variant. The conclusion is devoted to the economic evaluation of the implementation of the warehouse of spare parts
