The building is located in the Protected Landscape Area Jeseníky near the nature reserve Pod Jelení studánkou. Object is located on plot number 91 in the cadastral Žďárský potok on the site of the initial burnt chalet. Objective of the proposal was ensure maximum energy self-sufficiency of the chalet. Built-up area is 496,47 square meters. The building has one floor, basement and attic. Object is used for temporary accommodation and restaurant services.
