CONSTRUCTIVE - TECHNOLOGICAL PROJECT OF BUILDING POLYFUNCTIONAL HOUSE IN OPUSTENA STREET, BRNO

Project of master thesis solves brand new residential polyfunctional house with bike shop. The main object is a four-storyed, designed as a monolithic skeleton construction. The building is located in Opuštěná Street, Brno. The project is developed on the basis of project documentation and technical data, delivered by the designer in the behalf of investor requirements. Main goal of this project seeks to approach to real solution of the construction site. It is very important to compare also financial aspects, not only the technological. Last but not least, time requirements of construction plan and factual requirements of the customer. Constructive-technological project contains especially: technical report, site facilities, technologic regulation, schedule, financial budget, control and test plan, design of machinery, safety and health protection etc
