This thesis deals with financial analysis and benchmarking for construction company Pozemní stavby Jihlava, spol. s.r.o. The first part summarizes the theoretical basis of benchmarking. In the next part –practical part contains an analysis of the current situation of the company and other construction companies, are included financial analysis, Porter's value chain and SWOT analysis.
