Acquision, Selection and Recruitment of Workers in Selected Company

The subject of my diploma thesis is acquisition, selection and recruitment of workers in selected company. The first part focuses on the description of the theoretical knowledge gained from literature. There are defined concepts, methods, and procedures the issue. The second part characterizes selected company described its business area and there is a detailed analysis of the company employees. This section also focuses on the current system of acquisition, selection and recruitment of staff. The final section includes proposed amendments and recommendations in selected areas that will improve the efficiency of the system
