Financial Statements Analysis in a Company and Proposals for Improvements of Financial Health

This master’s thesis deals with evaluation of the financial stability of a company and selecting suitable proposals for its improvement. Company’s financial data has been analyzed for years 2009 – 2012 using financial analysis methods. Theoretical part consists of methods of financial analysis and basic economic terms and it’s used for purposes of practical part. In the practical part are applied methods of financial analysis based on financial statements and internal and external surrounding of the company. In the end there are formulated possible economical proposals for solving important company’s problems, which influence all operations in the company
