The Business Plan for Establishment of Private Kindergarden in a Small Town

This thesis has developed a draft business plan for the establishment of a private kindergarten in a small town. The kindergarten will be established as a limited liability company. The work consists of three parts. In the theoretical part of the thesis a business plan is defined and the individual parts are characterized. The second part of the thesis focuses on the analysis of the current market situation. In the last part all individual parts of the private kindergarten business plan are detailed and also financial analysis, risks analysis and their limitations
