The Proposal of Motivation System in Selected Company

The thesis deals with the research of satisfaction and motivation of employees in chosen companies. In the theoretical part, main terms will be explained which are related to this issues. In the practical part, the satisfaction of employees with the current motivation system is being found out with the help of business material analysis from the view of motivational politics, dialogues with representatives of particular positions and questioning. The result of the thesis is an output in the form of suggestions and recommendations that lead to the increase of satisfaction and motivation, there by increasing productivity of the employees
