This master thesis focuses on the problem of motivation, stimulation and stabilization of the key employees in the company Česká zbrojovka a.s. The main aim of this thesis is to identify insufficiencies in the current system of employee motivation and to suggest potential changes leading to its improvement and assessment from the economic impact of the proposed improvements to the company.
