Analysis of Customer Satisfaction and Suggested Measures for its Improvement

This bachelor's thesis deals with an analysis of customer satisfaction at the recreational area REVIKA. The work is based on theoretical findings oriented on customers, methods of measuring customer satisfaction, and marketing research which represents the mainstay of the work. The company is described and analyzed in the practical part. Furthermore, the results are processed and evaluated on the basis of a questionnaire survey.
