Analysis of the Selected Company

The aim of this thesis is to undertake a comprehensive analysis of the company. In thesis is used in the analysis PEST Porter’s five forces model, SWOT analysis and fundamental analysis. Based on this analysis were identified shortcomings and proposed improvements. The main problems arising from the resulting analysis is a high percentage of the cost of goods sold, poor payment behavior of customers, through which the company is forced to proceed to bank loans and.
