Human Resources Development in Company S & K Tools s r.o.

This Master’s thesis is concerned in analysis of HR activities, which are doing in company S & K TOOLS spol. s r.o.. There is part of the thesis survey of employee satisfaction, which was done for foundation of employee opinions. There are some proposals how to improve HR activites, which was done on the basis of the analysis of HR activities and survey of employee satisfaction in the Master’s thesis
