This diploma thesis is focused on the identification of cultural values in IKEA Brno, compared to a situation in a small campany Lino s.r.o. The research is based on a detailed analysis of situation in the company and its company culture with subsequent interrogation methods, namely by VSM94 method, minds maps and personal interview.
