Proposal for Improvement of Customer and Employee Satisfaction

The subject of this master’s thesis, based on the results of researches on customer and employee satisfaction, is to provide proposals and suggestions leading to their better satisfaction. In the theoretical part, attention is particularly paid to services themselves, followed by customer and employee satisfaction and potential relations between them. For better analysing of these two respondent groups, a field research was conducted and primary data were collected through questionnaires. A discussion on the research results follows.
