Processing of expertises in litigations in the area of damages caused by civil engineering on other owners‘ surrounded ground constructions led the author to write this contribution. Condition survey of current state is done on other owners‘ surrouded buildings before working constructions, mainly on underground structure, engineering and ground constructions, start. There are sometimes protracted litigations and expertise processing in determination of damage level in case of damage in connection with such construction.
