The subject of the submitted bachelor thesis is a description of chemical and physical behavior of biomass, methods of energetic transformation of biomass, processes in a combustion chamber during burning and primarily flowing of combustion air. A part of this thesis is a modelling of an air flow in the combustion chamber using the finite elements method with an evaluation and a suggestion of construction changes of the combustion chamber
