The aim of this thesis is to design and implement control electronics for digital secondary clocks. The first part is focused on familiarization with the issue of the use of secondary clocks. Subsequently, the work deals with the design of electronics for generating minute pulses. The first part of the proposal is to ensure the correct voltage size and polarity of pulse. The exact timing pulses are provided by a pair of control circuits, Atmega8 microcontroller and RTC. The last part describes the procedure of realization of electronics by making schema, design and manufacture PCB, circuit revive and the implementation of the module into case
