Design of portal milling machine

This bachelor thesis is focused on the field of router type (planar) milling machines. The first part of the thesis presents a brief introduction to the described machine and its main constructional parts. After setting the area of the milling machine’s usage, appropriate parameters will be chosen. Elementary constructional are calculated based on these parameters. At last, a drawing of the assembly and a 3D model of the machine are made
