Design forming tool for production of cylindrical case

The project was made as a part of a bachelor’s degree study program B-STG and it proposes the concept of a molding instrument for the making of a headless bushing. The making of the given part consists of 3 operations, including widening by means of a hard instrument and flanging. The instrument is fastened into a hydraulic press CUPJ 60/10. The cutting method is used in order to prepare the semi-product. The aim of the bachelor’s thesis is to propose a technological procedure of making and processing of design documentation of an instrument for making a headless bushing
