Add to ORKGThe objective of this bachelor´s thesis is to summarize possibilities of energy use of biomass, especially a production of electric energy. The thesis describes and shows theoretical principles of used processes, as well as technical devices for getting energy. Among used processes belong combustion of biomass, thermic gasification and anaerobic fermentation connected with production of biogas. Electric energy is in these cases produced in combination with thermic energy, a process like this is called cogeneration. In the second part, technical solution of a biogas station in Vidochov is described. There are also stated reasons for its building, as well as an economic return of the investment
