Rotational quadric surfaces

This text is especially intended as an educational material for students of Construction and computer geometry, however it can be interesting also for general public. The thesis deals rotational quadric surfaces, includes general common properties of rotational quadric surfaces, processes of procedure and its drawing, especially drawing of sections, constructions of tangent plane and analytical representation of surface. It contains list of quadric surfaces which are not rotational and in conclusion, it contains application of rotational quadric surfaces practically. The all thesis is coupled with pictures of two-plane projection and 3-D pictures of program Maple
