Pulley cheek manufacturing

This bachelor thesis focuses on the technology of follow cutting. The purpose is to project a progressive press tool for the given component of a pulley cheek made of a stainless steel sheet with the thickness of 1 mm. The optimal variety of component production was set on the basis of the theoretical study in the first part of the project. The progressive press tool uses standardized components and it is realized by using the usual post which is fixed to the compressing machine LEN 63 C (producer TOMA Industries Ltd.). At the end of the thesis, there is an economic assessment of production of the annual batch of 200 000 pcs
