Proposal pressing tool for sheet metal part

The in the framework of Bachelor Studies developed project presents a technology- proposal for the production of a pressing tool for the manufacturing of parts from the sheet steel S500MC. On the basis of a literary survey of problems of the component manufacturing through shearing and calculation, cutting in the phase-shearing tool was proposed. According to the shape of the component, a thirteen-steps cutting processes was proposed, two steps of which are free and open to subsequent changes that can occur in the process of shearing.
