The project elaborated in frame of bachelor study degree brings a proposal of step by step metal forming production of bush by cold extrusion. Workpiece is made of normalized circle-shaped bar using 12 050 steel. The step by step production is based on literary pursuit of volumetric forming and calculation and is designed into five steps containing cutting, pressing and extrusion. These operations will be done on multistage pressing automatic machine TPZK 25 manufactured by ŠMERAL Brno, plc. with nominal pressing force of 5MN.
