Digitizing of human tissues

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to build up a compact overwiew of recent development in medical visual methods, which allow making three-dimensional geometric datas and overwiew of scanning methods outside geometry surface of human body with next digitalizing. There are describing principles of each ones visual methods, their possible advantages, disadvantages, which outputing forms we receive. In next part of this thesis there are describing possibilities of processing acquired datas for making 3D geometry models. Work is completing with appreciation of obtained knowledges and definition of trends future development
