The object is situated on an almost flat-surfaced lot on Růžičkova street in Třebíč. The house has two above ground floors and one underground floor. Plan dimensions of the house are 15,85 x 11,85 m. A garage for single vehicle is a part of the building. The roof is constructed as a single flat roof. The object is designed using a technology of Porotherm system except from the basement perimeter walls made of concrete blocks.
