FAMILY HOUSE IN LÁZNIČKY, AREA POD LESEM

The topic of this thesis is a detached house for family, which has got four members, in the village Lazníčky, Přerov district. This house is projected as a two-floor rectangular building with a cellar and a garage. The roof above the second floor is above the saddle. The roofing is designed for ceramic tile Tondach. There is a playroom, a workroom, a utility room, a cellar and a storeroom in the basement. On the first floor there is a hall, a toilet, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room and a storeroom for the garden tools, which is accessible only from the garden. There is an access to the garden from the kitchen too. On the second floor there is an en suite bedroom, two childrens´ room, a study and a bathroom. Vertical perimeter masonry in the basement is made by comprised of shuttering BTB, 300 mm with an external thermal insulation ISOVER EPS Perimetr, 100 mm. A vertical wall is made from a ceramic masonry POROTHERM 30 P + D, 300 mm with an external thermal insulation ISOVER EPS 100F, 100 mm.
