The house is designed as two-storey house, with partial basement, with built-in garage and with warm flat roof. External walls in basement are made of concrete blocks. External walls in above-ground floors are of brick blocks Porotherm. Plot is gently sloping. Part of the design is thermal assessment, accustic assessment and fire safety assessment
