Family house with an establishment

This bachelor´s thesis deals with design documentation of the family house with an establishment. Family house is designed for a four person family living. The house is situated in the Nitra region, in the territory of the municipality Belince, located on the parcel 248/19. The building is designed as a brick construction with ISOVER insulation system. The vertical and horizontal load bearing constructions are designed of system YTONG. Family house is covered with a gable roof with inclination of 25°. The construction of the sloping roof is made of wooden components forming the construction framework. The building has two floors. In the first floor there is situated the day part of family house and in extented part, on the front side of the house, is part of establishment.. In the second floor there is the night part of family house – the rooms for the privateuse of the owners
