Detached house with design office

The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is the design of a two-storey non-cellar family home with design offices. The object is placed in a quiet location on the outskirts of the town of Polička, k. u. Polička. The House is suitable for permanent living capacity of 5 persons. In the design office can work for up to 3 employees. Entrance to the building is designed as a barrier. The structural system is the brick, ceramic blocks Porotherm. Cladding is leaving the contact insulation system made of EPS. Ceiling construction and internal dividing walls are designed from a system Porotherm. The object consists of roofing flat roof. The facade is in white colour, supplemented by ochre tones. Fill the holes with the plastic, are designed as heat insulating triple glazing, color light beech. The House is equipped with a garage for two cars, for the needs of the design office staff serves a small parking area on a plot near the object
