Manufacturing of Ladies Dresses

The project is dedicated to an industrial hall designated for manufacturing of ladies clothing for a brand Manifesto. The building is located in one of brownfields in Brno, which offers breathtaking city views. This building lies beside the main road Rokytova where a bus stop is situated and is separated from this busy street by trees. The aim is to place the hall on the brownfield estate in a suitable way and this purpose can be fullfilled by using a wooden fasade. Warehouse and production are situated on the second floor. Offices, a canteen, a buffet, a cloakroom, a showroom, etc can be found in the basement
