Comparison of the regulations in the field of real estates property rights in Czech Republic and in selected countries

The bachelor´s thesis deals with the regulations in the field of real estates property rights. A concise introductory outline presenting the way cadastral systems function in Europe is followed by a detailed description of the respective situation in Spain and in Great Britain. The historical background to the current state of things is explained first. The second part consists of a detailed description of the systems in both countries and offers also a comparison of the laws and regulations in these countries with their counterparts in the Czech Republic. Concrete examples amend the text
