Multifunctional Building Brno

City multifunctional building is located on the corner of Milady Horákové street and Francouzská street in Brno - Zábrdovice. The building is designed as a compact mass and is completed with triangular cantilevers that are carried by an oblique pillar - it passes of every story of the building. This enabled to create open corner, which generates many vistas. There are public amenities on the first floor - rentable space (accessible through interior passage or exterior), café is designed on the second floor. There is also administration and flats - this is common for second, third and fourth floor, the fifth floor is only flats. There are only plain materials on the building - white plaster, glass façade and vertical gardens near staircases. There are green shading panels too
