Built-up area of the house is 125,11 m2. The building has two above-ground floors, one basement. The house is designed for four to five people, the rooms are oriented mainly towards the south, part of the house is garage. Outer, interior load-bearing and non-load-bearing walls are designed from masonry system of the company Livetherm. Ceilings are created from ceiling beams and formwork liners Livetherm. Attached house has a saddle roof, roof slope is 14° and 12°. Exterior doors and windows are plastic from the company Sulko. Garage doors are from the company Lomax
