Costing with using time standards of construction works

This bachelor thesis is focused on costing with using time standards of construction works. In the theoretical part are described notions relating to costing, thermal bridges and standard time. Case study of this thesis is focused on costs comparison of two variants balcony design which are protected against thermal bridges. Comparison is performed by costing which is performed using costing computer program. The result of costing was affected by product prices which was found by research and by time standards which was created using a time measurement
