The aim of this bachelor thesis is the construction-technological solutions of gross substructure Research institute in Olomouc, which is based on large diameter piles. Part of the thesis is the organization of construction and design of the building site, technological regulations of selected works, quality control and solving transport relations including oversized cargo. It also deals with the design of mechanical assemblies, health and safety and safety of environment. It all with respect financial and time demands
