Wind power plant in area North Moravia

This thesis deals with analysis of wind parks from aspect of EIA, the annual capacity factor and the economy of operation. It shows the utilization of wind power in wind plants, wind potential of the Czech Republic and criteria for selection locations for construction wind plant. It describes the Act No. 100/2001 Coll., on environmental impact assessment, in which is the EIA process regulated. It analyses potential and real possibilities of wind power utilization in the North Moravian Region in connection with the Territorial Energy Policy
