Detached house, Debolin

The Bachelor thesis topic is a project of a detached house. The house is designed as two storey basementless wooden building with a pitched roof. The 5 bedrooms layout fulfills the design for 4-5 family members. The entrance is situated in the northwest part of the house. From which we get into the hall of which is open to the kitchen and living room, staircase room, utility room, WC and garage for one car, followed by the workroom. On the second floor there are two children's bedrooms, bathroom, WC and livingroom. All of the bedrooms are enterable form the hall and have southern view. It is a wooden building of large-size panels NOVATOP. The roof is supported by NOVATOP
