The aim of Bachelor’s thesis is to acquire the possibilities of financing revitalization of blocks of flats from the aspect of supplier. It is the most common problem in the present time, since most of these houses are in very poor conditions with the need of repairs. The theoretical part is focused on financing of contracts, which are involving the possibilities of obtaining grants and loans for important realizations. Further, the practical part deals with the subsidy input to the project and its influences of the financial sites.
