Wooden-based Detached House

This bachelor´s thesis deals with design of timber frame house situated in the cadastral area Horná Mariková, region Považská Bystrica. It is detached house standing on the gentle slope near the forest. It is designed for family of four. The house has one storey, residential loft and basement. There is the saddleback roof. The house is designed like a timber frame construction with Fermacell boards. An entrance is situated on the east, living rooms are situated on the south and the west
