Low-energy block of flats

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is to design a new low-energy residential building in the village Martínkov. Residential building is located on mostly flat land on the village periphery. The building has a basement, three floors. There are two apartments 4+KK on each above-ground floor. In the basement there are four separate garages for apartments´ residents and storage areas. The building is of brick masonry structural system Heluz, the flat roof is single ply covering. The external walls are designed with a contact insulation system. Drawings are processed in ArchiCAD 17
